Join us for a sweetly-held, organically-crafted journey in sound. Now pollinating throughout San Diego on a monthly basis, NECTAR centers simplicity, harmony, and playfulness.
We begin with an improvised "Soup:" harvesting individual desires, prayers, affirmations, and intentions from everyone in the room through single words or phrases. Then, we use our collective voices to place these ingredients, one by one, into a musical pot! Instruments welcome!
Next, we move into "Open Call." During this segment, any person (how about you?) may lead the group in singing a simple, heart-centered song. We suggest teaching in a call-and-response format.
Our circle closes with a "Song Bath." It must be felt for oneself.
